SHIPPING

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days 

(PREORDER ITEMS TAKE LONGER) 7-10 business days ! 

Preorder items take longer!

We either don’t have them in stock or they are being made or on the way. If being ship out . If you need items right away please don’t order preorder items. 

We also off express shipping on preorder so once items are in stock we ship next day . 

once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days before shipping. Shipping MAY take up to 7-14 business days.

QUEENKAYY BOUTIQUE isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. QUEENKAYY BOUTIQUE does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges. All sales final! NO EXCEPTIONS!

In the rare occasion a refund is issued ( on case to case basis, up to the owner) it will be minus 15% and minus the shipping cost! 15% restock fee and shipping is non refundable
